I have been practicing law since 1992 and, through his law and consulting practice, represents institutional and individual health care clients and in matters relating to health care law, business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation and family and marital law.    Where possible, conflicts should be resolved through constructive engagement and negotiation before litigation.  Nevertheless, after 32 years, I have the experience and skill to litigate when needed. 

My broad-based experiences in industry and private practice make me particularly well suited to understand the complex personal, financial and strategic issues presented by complex litigation commercial and high conflict family and marital law matters.      

I have my own practice for more than 20 years where I have focused my practice on high conflict family and marital disputes but also represent commercial clients in business disputes.  My experience also includes having served as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel for Neighborhood Health Partnership, Inc., where he was the chief legal and compliance officer for this large regional HMO and Special Counsel to the international law firm of KL Gates, working on health care, commercial litigation, and securities matters.  

I earned my J.D. in 1992 from St. Thomas University School of Law where I was valedictorian of his law school class, I also hold a M.H.A. from Florida International University, with honors, in 1985 and his B.A. in Political Science from Long Island University in 1982.
